Cabañas Dechi er nýlega enduruppgerð íbúð sem er staðsett í Puerto Nariño og býður upp á garð. Gistirýmið er með verönd og útsýni yfir innri húsgarðinn. Staying at Cabañas Dechi was one of the highlights of my trip. They have a lake filled with fishes and the famous Pirarucu. The cabins are cozy, clean, beautifully set in nature and close to the Amazon river, but what makes this place unforgettable is Nancy, her husband Charlie and all the family. They welcomed me with genuine warmth, sharing their time, stories, and care. Thanks to them, I left with a full heart and the feeling that I’ll always have a home in Puerto Nariño!

Set in Puerto Nariño, Jungle Cabin - Satori Natural offers accommodation with a garden, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a shared kitchen. The property has garden views. First of all, the community where the place is located is super safe—just like a typical village with chickens freely wondering around. I stopped locking my door the day after I arrived, once I realized how calm and peaceful it was. As a solo female traveler I value safety very much. Satori is located closer/deeper to the jungle so it is even calmer, and you can start your hike right at the gate. Sometimes monkeys would come to the site and I could watch them while having my breakfast/lunch. Secondly, I was amazed by the owner, a true animal lover and sustainability enthusiast. They handled everything themselves—gardening, improving the land, and preparing delicious breakfasts. Communication was easy. From the moment I made the booking, they provided a ton of useful information—like the boat schedule and more. I asked, and they arranged boat tickets and guided tours for me. Keep in mind, I don’t speak any Spanish! By the end of my stay, it felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend. Amazing people. The cabin was clean, equipped with a comfortable bed and mosquito net, fan, shelves and electrical outlets. When I wasn't hiking or touring, I enjoyed relaxing in my hammock outside the cabin. They also have decent Wi-Fi. There was a road construction down the road (village part), so I needed to detour (around 5 min walk). It should be gone in a month or so.

Our trip to the Amazon was incredible. The best stay of our Colombian trip, we cannot recommend it enough. The food was local and they adapted to our preferences (my partner is vegetarian), the cabins were comfortable, cozy and we felt at home. Is a one in a lifetime experience to fall asleep inside to the jungle and still feel safe. Thanks to Martin, Gabi, Fran and the entire team!

The experience at Mu'u exceeded my expectations. The location is in the middle of the jungle - when I visited in January it took 2 hours of boat ride from Leticia to Mocagua, then another 45 mins in a motor boat up a creek, and 15 mins walking in the deep jungle. Times may change according to the water level. The rooms are clean, big and simple. There is no electricity, no internet, no signal. Only candlelight, the sound of the jungle and the rain. This is a big part of why I chose to stay here. Food is delicious, mostly organic and grown on premises. The host Jhon and his family are extremely nice and welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful in tailoring your experience to your needs. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for an immersive jungle experience.

Amazona Lodge er staðsett í Leticia og býður upp á 3 stjörnu gistirými með aðgangi að garði og verönd. Smáhýsið er með bæði WiFi og einkabílastæði án endurgjalds. Pilar built herself a little paradise. The „garden“ is beautiful. You sleep with all the animal sounds at night, it’s even more amazing when it rains but it gets really really loud at night, if you need a quiet place to sleep this is not it. I listen to animal and rainy sounds on spotify to fall asleep so it was easy for me. There will also be insects in the house (which I didn’t mind). The shower is spacious. Pilar is a very friendly and attentive host and will organize the tours for you. Just tell her what you want to do. Wifi works good.

Reserva Natural Tanimboca er staðsett í viðarskálum sem eru byggðar á trjám og býður upp á gistingu í frumskógi, aðeins 11 km frá Leticia-borg. Beautiful location. Very isolated. Zip lines are cool and guides are great but it’s not for the less adventurous of your party.

The location was incredible and our stay in the tree house was very comfortable. All the staff were very kind and attentive, helping us to decide and arrange tours for everything we wanted to do. Luis even kindly rescued us from a tarantula who had made its home in our room! Arranging a private boat to the hotel was very easy and facilitated by Natura.

It’s a beautiful property. Large rooms with a hammock in the front part. Amazingly beautiful surroundings in the garden. Very close to the restaurants, bars and the park Santander. Also to the boats for puerto Narino. The owner is really nice and speaks English as well. Great breakfast!

Cuchira Lodge is situated in Leticia and offers a terrace. With garden views, this accommodation features a balcony. Guests at the lodge can enjoy hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden.
