We loved our stay at Hortensias, the villas are so cute, the little electric fireplace was used a couple nights just to cut the dampness. Had two meals for supper and we enjoyed them, breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend.

Most things are made in beautiful wood. . Stunning garden area, has even red eyed frogs just outside of the dining area. They have also man6 birds and some other animals in the area. We made the chocolate and pineapple tours which were really interesting. Also the Nighttours was quite interesting.

We loved our stay in this remote haven in the middle of the rain forest, surrounded by amazing hiking trails. It is rustic, but comfortable, and we enjoyed the chance to get to know the other guests. Our guided walks were outstanding and we saw an amazing array of frogs, birds and insects . It may not be for those who seek luxury, but it is definitely for those who seek authenticity. We’ll be back.

Matatagpuan 6.2 km mula sa La Selva Biological Station, nag-aalok ang Río Sarapiquí Lodge ng hardin, at naka-air condition na accommodation na may balcony at libreng WiFi. The place is absolutely beautiful, the lodge itself is in beautiful surroundings, everything is modern and clean, you have everything you need...but most of all: thank you to the amazingly lovely people there who helped us when we got stuck in the mud with our car after we left and took a wrong turn, and who came to help us from that situation. We were already enchanted by our stay at the lodge, but that on top of it all just really touched us so much! Again: thank you very very much.

Location & tranquility of property. We rented the superior villa & it was very roomy, with a great size kitchen which included pans if you chose to cook. The hosts are amazing & friendly. It felt like staying with friends but you had your own space.highly reccomend!
