Fikardou Chalets is a recently renovated chalet in Phikardhou, where guests can make the most of its seasonal outdoor swimming pool and garden. Very accomodating owners who welcomed us warmly with homemade cookies and lemonade, willing to assist (even carried my bags) and share the history of the village. A peaceful place to relax by the pool and connect to nature. A modern facility, a big enough room to accommodate couples with small kids, a kitchen equipped with all needed (cooker, coffee machine, small fridge, kettle, etc), comfy bed, shower with toiletries and freshly smelled towels and complimentary wine! Everything spotless. Darts and ping pong were on site for some fun! Our room (on the upper floor) gave us a spectacular sunset view! Sure the walls aren't even, and the bathroom door was a bit funky, but I loved it anyway! It is located right in the old part of Kakopetria, and there was a free parking within easy reach. I also loved how quiet and serene it was at night, as you can look right over the ravine that Kakopetria is situated over. Also the staff at the hotel were very accommodating, and they made sure our room had two beds instead of one.
