One of the most lovely houses we have ever booked - our two families travel a lot and it is rare for all of us to say we will come back to somewhere! The house is beautifully kept and very well equipped - exactly as described in the listing, even the photos are very representative. While the garden is overlooked by the hotel next door, the seating areas and pool remain private and there is very secure, private parking for two cars off the quiet street. The house dates from the 1950s, but has been completely renovated in the last couple of years, so you have the advantage of a cool, stylish, traditional holiday home, with all modern conveniences. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is great and the kitchen is very well thought out and complete with everything, including an espresso machine. The pool is perfect and regularly cleaned by the gardener from the hotel - there was even a giant inflatable waiting for us to jump on! The location too is very good - a decent 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the centre of Sant Antoni, but in a quieter area with a nice beach two streets away and easy access to grocery shops and pharmacies, etc. More importantly, it is very easy to get on the main road to Sant Josep and all the beautiful beaches to the south. Roberto and his daughter Marìan from the hotel are always contactable and fixed any issue in record time. And finally, Roberto allowed us a lot of flexibility on check-in and check-out, and a huge pile of pool towels was waiting for us when we arrived, as were several great bottles of wine and a lovely platter of ham and cheese - so kind! To sum up, when we booked, I couldn't believe the rating of 9.8, but to be honest it should be a 10!!! We'll be back!!!
