The situation is outstanding, set high above the Caribbean sea with a view over the luxuriant jungle and the delightfully kept gardens with mango, palm and other exotic plants and trees. At night the song of the frogs and birds lull one to sleep. Breakfast was good, as was the dinner we ordered. The massages were most relaxing, warmed by the last of the evening's sun as it set over the ocean. The host couple were friendly, helpful and efficient.

The setting is incredible. It’s in the middle of its own little section of the rainforest. No Kaz (bungalow) can see the other (there are only 6 on the property total so it’s very quiet, peaceful and private. There is also a private river with a waterfall which is lovely.

We had fresh bread and jam, juice and coffee in the kitchen for our breakfast the next morning. A welcome drink in the bar on our arrival. The property had parking and a lovely swimming pool. Coco Cannelle is beautiful. A superb example of clever and appropriate architecture and design. It is cool, stylish, and gorgeous to look at, showcases beautiful natural wood. A lovely view of the "jungle" on the hillside. Very well equipped, incl washing machine, dryer, car vacuum and a hammock, which was fun to laze in. A 5 min drive from Grande Anse beach, it is a breath of fresh air after a day in the heat. Arrangements easy, parking available, good wifi. It is a unique choice when most other options are quite similar.
