Literally everything. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the service impeccable. Drifting up to the property via boat and taking the funicular up to the hotel is a must - so unique and felt like I had entered the video game Riven/Myst! Such a special experience that my kids and I will never forget. The lake set up is beautiful and so quiet/private, and the pool option is also lovely with great views of the lake. Everything was beautiful, the attention to detail was so appreciated, and their tours are fantastic!

The use of a washing machine and dryer is an added bonus for traveling in Guatemala. The host offered to send a cleaning lady over amidst our stay.
