The Lodges at Kilkea Castle er staðsett á 180 ekra skóg- og garðlendi. Kilkea-kastalinn á rætur sínar að rekja til ársins 1180, en hann er einn elsti óbyggði kastali Írlands. Boðið er upp á bílastæði.... Our lodge was very big and so calm with a view to the woods, which was very calming during our stay. The bed was very comfy, we also received a baby cot, the kitchen had more to offer than expected. The castle and its ambiance are charming, lots of green and very calm in general. The personal was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and it left nothing to be desired. The breakfast room is in the castle itself, which let us feel the castle, too, although we stayed in the lodge. The lodge was clean. The blanket was very useful in the cold morning. The lodges are quite near to the castle (it looks further afar in the pictures).

Batty Langley Lodge er staðsett í Leixlip í Kildare County-svæðinu og er með verönd og útsýni yfir ána. Beautiful setting at the edge of the park. So quiet and peaceful night. Beautiful fire! Great selection of books, roaring fire and delighted there was no TV. Breda that house keeper is absolutely amazing! Had lots of information about the property and surrounding areas!
