Situated in the countryside of County Kildare The Lodges at Kilkea Castle is set in 180 acres of its own woodland and gardens. Amazing stay. Beautiful surroundings. Lodges were amazing with everything you needed. Definitely would recommend

I loved the lodge, a quiet retreat, no TV, no WiFi, very little mobile signal... Amazing read two books, ran twice in the grounds of the estate. Plenty of walks by the liffey. A real escape from modern life. Breda (the lodge warden) was fantastic, helpful, friendly and a mine of information.
