Sam is an amazing host—warm, attentive, and always ready to help, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay throughout. Overall, this is a perfect place for anyone looking for beauty, comfort, and a serene beachside experience in Goa. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The cottage is well-equipped and has strong wifi, hot water, A/C, and a fabulous veranda. We were very comfortable during our 1-month stay. The gardens are beautiful and full of birdsong, butterflies, and local wildlife. But the best part of our time there was the hospitality of hosts Vinda and Nitin. We were constantly offered fresh coconuts and breakfast treats, local lunch dishes, and afternoon snacks. They loaned us books about Goa, provided SO much insight and info about what to see and do, and even welcomed us into their home for a chat about travel and life. We enjoyed getting to know the village of Borim and using Vinda's recommended driver, Sandip, to go farther afield, exploring the beaches and historic towns of the area. We fell in love with Goa and with the Enchanting Nest and are already planning a return trip ASAP!

Great location by beach. Clean. Good food and drinks. Above all though - kindest, nicest, most helpful and accommodating staff we have ever met. Went out of their way, always friendly and helpful. Very honest too - I overpaid by a huge amount without noticing, but they noticed and returned the money back saying it’s my vacation money that I shouldn’t lose out on.

Great value for money, and the food served in the restaurant area was excellent. Would certainly recommend it, and we will be going back.
