We had an amazing stay at this place! The houses are beautifully designed with high quality materials and are perfectly heated, making them super cozy and comfortable. The surrounding scenery is absolutely stunning! The host was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home and the breakfast was simply delicious. The road to get there isn’t the easiest, but it’s absolutely worth it once you arrive. Plus, the sky is dark enough to see the northern lights and we were lucky enough to witness them - an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay.

The lodge was well-equipped and tastefully furnished. It was clean, with good quality amenities to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay. The host was polite and hospitable, providing good information about the accommodation and surrounding attractions, well ahead of our stay.

Dis Cottages er staðsett á Grundarfirði á Vesturlandi og býður upp á gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. The view is amazing, the cottage is right next to the sea, overlooking kirkjufell. What I must acknowledge is that our van got stuck in snow drift, because the wind the night before was crazy, CRAZY, and the owner helped us get our van unstuck. It wasn’t easy and he didn’t even know if it was going to work, but thankfully it did. That’s why I’m giving them the best rating.
