The lodge is modern, super comfy, and Akira along with the whole team were fantastic. Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, they prepared breakfast just for us, and we absolutely looooved every dish. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

At the chalet complex, some units have a private entrance, dining area, fireplace and dishwasher. Some accommodation includes a terrace and a seating area with flat-screen TV, as well as air conditioning and heating. At the chalet complex, certain units are equipped with a coffee machine and wine or champagne. The pictures don't do it justice. We were at the two bedroom house and the view, the furnishing and the decorations were breathtaking! Also there's 2.5 baths instead of 2 as advertised. The location is perfect - about 10 minute walk to the restaurants. However what really made our stay so memorable was the service team. They felt like family and were super responsive to every request on WhatsApp. From restaurant and onsen suggestions to helping us book tables. They sent their own car in a snow storm to rescue us from cortina when all taxis cancelled on us. Words can't describe our appreciation and thank you for making our annual family trip so perfect.

Mr. Chen is really super kind, so caring to his guest, super polite, super generous.. I am at a loss for words to describe how kind he is. I am really very grateful for Mr. Chen's kindness and attention. Thank you so much Mr. Chen’s we will never forget your kindness. The room and bathroom are super comfortable and clean. They are always cleaned every day. The location is super strategic because the shuttle stop is right across the street. At check in and check out, Mr. Chen will pick you up and drop you off on time. There is not a single negative thing about this place.

A beautiful, clean, and cozy place. Convenient location right next to the ski lift. The hotel owner is an incredible woman—she helped with any questions and even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. The food was delicious.

At Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets, free shuttle services are provided to and from local supermarkets and Hakuba Station during the winter season. Ski storage is available at the reception house. Absolutely amazing! Great value for money, we got an adorable bug apartment that had everything we needed and beyond that. Highly recommend!

A 10-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Winter Ski Resort, Pension Tomato offers spacious Western-style rooms with a loft area. Free WiFi is available at the entire property and guests can reserve a private open-air bath overlooking the forest. A free shuttle is available from JR Hakuba Train Station, which is a 5-minute drive away and must be reserved at time of booking. Forest views are available from the 2nd floor of the accommodation. Close to the main road, amazingly friendly staffs, good size room with bath. Fridge, washing machine, ensuite bath, big kitchen space were available. We had 4 single beds in our room and was big enough for all 4 of us. The bed was comfortable too. The onsen in the shared area was also nice. You had to make reservations in advance to secure a 45min slot. One was only inside but the other had both inside and outside baths.

We have a variety of beautiful and well appointed chalets, located in prime areas centered around the Happo ski resort in Hakuba. All quiet but convenient locations close to restaurants, ski slopes and shuttle bus stops. Forest or mountain views and plenty of fresh, clean mountain air! Fully equipped kitchens, modern bathrooms, streaming channels and top quality mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep. Big house just right size for 7 of us. The bedrooms are big and comfortable. Everything is great and clean. Good conversation with staffs. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. JR Hakuba Train Station is a 10-minute drive away. This place was fantastic. Mountain cabin in a distinctly Japanese style. It's not especially walkable but Toshi will shuttle you around the valley, including to Happo One ski resort. Just need to take a taxi if you're trying to get back after dinner time. Private onsen was really nice. Toshi and his wife were wonderful hosts, easily recommend.

A continental breakfast is available at the lodge. Amazing place! I spent around 1.5 month there (probably one of their longest-stayed guest) for the ski season from mid Feb and It felt like a luxurious home. Koki and Naomi were super nice and friendly, and they kept the fireplace going every night so that you always feel the warmth. I invited my friend over to taste the heavenly dinner prepared by the hosts and they even didn't charge me for my dinner nights because of my long stay, which was very generous and sweet of them. The lodge was super well-quipped and so its very good for long stay too. It was hard to leave the beautiful place; would definitely love to return if I have the chance! Thanks a lot for the lovely experience!
