There was a free shuttle service from an to Kanazawa station. Breakfast at no additional cost was appreciated . Overall it was a good stay.

This SPA hotel is awesome. We loved the place, our room and the onsen. The staff was amazing, very very kind and helpful. They offered us a free shuttle service to the train station and they kindly provided us with an excellent vegetarian/vegan dinner and breakfast. Really nice place for relaxing and having a break. We loved everything.

Everything! Staff are exceptional as was the accommodation. Service was superb and the food delicious. It’s not in Kanazawa but they have a shuttle bus to the station and it’s 3 stops to Kanazawa

Room was spacious and comfortable. Handy having laundry facilities with live updates in your tv. Shuttle bus to & from the station was also very useful. A stones throw from the market and easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. The breakfast was lovely, lots of variety, fresh sushi, eggs & many local delicacies. Be sure to try the Kanazawa curry - doesn’t look much but it was great. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

It was nice to be able to book private baths for free each day. The room had a lovely view of the river. There is a free shuttle bus service to and from the Kago Onsen JR train station. It is a short walk to the town centre through a picturesque pathway near the river. It is also close to the start of one end of the river gorge walk which was the best part of Kago Onsen in our trip.

Hotel is brand new. Very clean and comfortable. Location if PERFECT! you are a 2 minute walk from all you came to see in Kanazawa. Staff is very welcoming. Hotel has a shuttle bus from the main train station. all felt wonderful.

Very helpful staff who pinpointed all the locations we wanted to see. Breakfast was great and room had everything we needed plus Netflix and a TV in the bath. Staff even shuttled us to the train station. Kids loved the bath bombs. Thanks Team

The property is only a year old and beautifully designed. There is a fabulous buffet breakfast. The location is excellent being only minutes away from Omicho markets and the entrance to Kanazawa castle. The free shuttle to Kanazawa station is very helpful. Plus there is parking with concierge assistance. The staff at the Club lounge are lovely and very helpful.
