The place is wonderful and the staff is so nice. I felt really welcomed and I'll definitely go back again 100 times more. Everything is really clean, lots of nature, many fruit trees 💗 Plus: I got sick from the journey and they worried about me, they even got me liquid oral rehydration salts (suero), so thankful for that.

Finca Ometepe er staðsett í Balgue í Ometepe-héraðinu og Maderas-eldfjallið er í innan við 13 km fjarlægð. Boðið er upp á gistirými með ókeypis WiFi, grillaðstöðu, garði og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Set in beautiful gardens and scenery but close to a small town with restaurants etc. loved the 2 cats too - so friendly and lovely to have a cuddle with. Rooms are a great size. Kitchen looked like its well equipped although we didn’t use it bar making some morning coffee.

The amenities and room was as described. The beautiful setting makes you feel one with the surrounding nature. The staff were super helpful with organising scooter transport and other advice. We cannot thank them enough for helping us recover our wallet we left in a cab. Highly recommend.

Smáhýsið er með bæði WiFi og einkabílastæði án endurgjalds. if you love being in nature go stay at one of the tree houses. Beautiful scenery, animals and wildlife. It's also a very beautiful drive and nicer part of the island to get to. They have a lovely restaurant on site and can organise guides for you if you need them. one of my favourite places to stay in years.

Finca del Sol Eco Lodge er Eco smáhýsi á lífrænum bóndabæ í Santa Cruz á Ometepe-svæðinu. Boðið er upp á verönd og fjallaútsýni. Ókeypis WiFi er til staðar. The hut I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, the view to the volcano and the surrounding forest is an experience worth paying for. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The shower worked very well and the toilet was very clean. Staff were helpful and responsive to all my questions right away. There is a chicken bus stop in front of the entrance so can use public transport to and from Moyogalpa. I’d definitely stay there again.

Beach cabin ometepe er staðsett í Altagracia, 600 metra frá Santo Domingo-ströndinni, og býður upp á gistingu með einkastrandsvæði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garð og bar. We had an amazing stay here and it was really hard to leave. Hector is an extremely kind host, and the food right across the street is incredible. We stayed in July and Playa Santa Cruz was really quiet and a great place to be.

The views, sounds of the jungle and the coffee were all amazing! And as an added bonus, you could wash your own laundry by hand.

We woke up very early for the volcano hike, and they prepared breakfast for us so we could eat before, that was really nice. The staff was very kind and attentive. The shower had hot water. The surroundings are nice, you eat in the morning surrounded by birds and flowers. The hike to Maderas starts at the entrance of the hotel, and the staff can help you to arrange a guide.
