Food was good and well- priced. Naturubuntu is very well run, clean and very eco-friendky. It sits between a lake on one side which was nearly full in December from.the rainy season. It is full of birds and at least one crocodile, beautiful spot. On the other side is the very busy fishing beach and tto the North just miles of sand, sun and sea. Plenty of day trips available and Robert will help you organise them. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Giulio and the entire family at Fromager are excellent hosts! The property itself is in a lovely garden setting, shady and cool. Our bungalow was clean and comfortable with hot water. Best of all was the pizza and pasta served, along with good bread, coffee and wine -- very Italian! Giulio also helped us secure ferry tickets, saving us a trip to Zinguinchor to buy them. And although the location is not on the beach, once you cross the big road, the path is a lovely, sandy track, taking about 15 minutes. It's a very long walk into town (45 minutes?) but you can jump in a taxi easily enough.

The calm environment, the friendly host (Lisa and Samba), plus the willingness of the staff who goes all out to make sure the guests are comfortable and happy. Will definitely return.

Karamba Lodge er nýlega enduruppgert gistihús í Kafountine. Gestir geta nýtt sér ókeypis reiðhjól og garð. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að verönd, ókeypis einkabílastæði og ókeypis WiFi. Everything was perfect...fabulous stay, ( far too brief, but will be back again). Host so attentive and kind. Such a beautiful location and property. The garden was like being in paradise.
