Each room at this resort is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

This aparthotel features 1 bedroom, a cable TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, and a living room. Towels and bed linen are available in the aparthotel. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Great location. We were there in April, just after the big snowfall, so there were few customers. The staff despite the events was present and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the equipment to be able to cook (fridge, coffee machine, cooking plates...). A very good stay. Great value, would come back !
