Me and my dad , We were traveling together, and the hotel offered to upgrade one of our rooms — we accepted the upgrade. Unfortunately, the upgraded room was disappointing: it wasn’t clean, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom had a bad smell, and there was visible mold on the walls. In contrast, the regular room was perfectly fine — clean, neat, and very comfortable. The overall hotel facilities didn’t look as well-maintained or welcoming as shown in the pictures, with the outdoor areas appearing somewhat neglected and disorganized. On a positive note, the dinner was excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay.

Very friendly staff, responsive, and helped me with everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable and the view was amazing! I loved the bikes to ride around and they helped me organize a taxi as well. Would love to come again!
