To be honest, it's very hard to rate this place properly because it's very different from a regular hotel. It's a very remote and secluded place, its name literally translates as 'Far away from the world'. Its location can be both a blessing and a curse. So here's a quick overview. 1) Great host. The owner of the complex is helpful, talkative and overall very nice. In addition, he has a degree in medieval history and works at the local university, so be sure that you'll have something to talk about if you want to. 2) Location. It's far away from the town, and the nature here is amazing. There are several ponds with fish on-site. There are mountains and forests nearby. Perfect if you want to take a break from civilization. Great for hiking, exploring and overall chilling. 3) Dogs. As this is basically a forest home, several dogs live here both as guards and as pets. They are very friendly to humans.

The place is close to the botanical garden, in a part of the city surrounded with forests. Air is clean. The street is safe and peaceful. The room and the whole property was clean and very comfortable. There is nice and comfortable place at the garden for outdoor eating and leisure.

The apartment is brilliant, the landlord is really friendly and even gave us a couple of warm blankets. ☺️ The room has a perfect view on the mountains! Highly recommended 👍

Loved the place. Everything was sparkling clean. Fresh towels and bed linens. Large and comfortable bathroom. Kitchen is in the good condition too if you'd like to cook. It is close to the city center (around 15 minute walk). Overall very good value for the price. Owners are wonderful and very hospitable. They suggested some placed to visit since it was my first time in the city.

It was a beautiful stay. The breakfast was excellent! Gayane was very kind, and so was her husband. She prepared everything homemade and delicious! The place has a beautiful garden with fruit trees and the dining room is adorably decorated. We were very happy to have stayed at this beautiful place. 100% recommendable!

As others said, old Soviet sanatorium. However, it is renovated. There were very few people, so we got upgrade. There are many cabinets for different kinds of therapy. You can book the pool all for yourself. A lot of space to park your car.
