The location was excellent in a tiny village with lovely views. We didn't see the bear but apparently it can be seen from your window. The person who gave us the keys was very nice and welcoming.

Beds extremely comfortable, fabulous views from the bedroom and living room windows. The location a few minutes' walk away from the village centre, so was quiet. Village facilities excellent - several bars and food shops, a very good Interpretation Centre for the area, even a bus service. Very friendly staff and great food at the Restaurant of the same name. Superb scenery and some fabulous mountain walking locally ( a vehicle needed to get to the start points - we used a local taxi).
