What a brilliant transformation of an apartment in a period Chateau. Fantastic fit and finish. The kitchen is in the tower and absolutely just perfect for cooking and preparation with everything in easy reach arranged around you in a circle. Oil filled de-humidifying electric heaters to take the chill off those cold evenings and prevent the air in the room from having its moisture removed. Huge space in all the rooms with Chateau style tall/wide rooms, tastefully decorated in a vintage style. Do not be put off by the exterior appearance, entrance, and the remainder of the other apartments. The whole building is undergoing renovation with people buying up apartments to rent long time or short time, when you get inside the apartment the finish will make up for any apprehensions you may viewed outside.

We made a last-minute stop here after attending a festival near Nantes. This was the perfect rest stop. The facilities are amazing. In particular we enjoyed the pool, and bar games. The house is beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing. The local area is lovely and we enjoyed a walk to the caves, we can highly recommend the restaurant there where we had lunch. The local community bar is very friendly and welcoming. we enjoyed sitting in the centre with drinks. The sausage available from the bar and fresh bread from the baker across the street is a real treat.
