Immaculately clean, modern apartment in Kos town, just 10-15 mins walk from the marina. The facilities were perfect - everything high quality and properly thought through. Very good kitchen which was even stocked with essentials (tea, coffee, fruit, water etc) to get you started and a delicious cake. Bathroom had some toiletries included and even some laundry detergent provided for the washing machine. Great bedrooms and sitting area. Excellent balcony. Parking space available outside if you’ve rented a car. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and have gone the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended.

Markellas apartment is just fantastic and it is definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in while traveling. The apartment is even lovelier than the pictures show. It is very very spacious, bright, modern, comfortable and very secure. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped with anything you would need for your stay and beyond. It is cheerful, with comfortable, stylish furnishings. Nice bathroom, complete with fantastic walk-in shower. Plenty of hot water 24/7, air condition in all rooms, extra blankets and pillows, and lots of closet space (with lots of hangers) to make unpacking easy and a very comfortable bed! It has all the appliances that are listed in the amenities, to include a modern, easy to operate washing machine and Netflix streaming service. It is located on a quiet road, although very central, with close access to restaurants, a supermarket and things to visit. It was nice to watch a movie, on the big TV in the living room, after a long day of sightseeing! Kostas and Julie are brilliant hosts. They were very helpful and replied very quickly to our messages/inquiries. If you are contemplating a trip to Kos and are thinking of booking this apartment, DO NOT hesitate! You will not be disappointed! We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Kos. Thank you, Kostas and Julie, for your wonderful apartment and your outstanding hospitality. You have been one of the best hosts we have ever met! We will be back again – very soon :)!

One of the best apartments we have stayed at during our trip in Greece. It's beautiful and compact.. Plenty of hot water and walking distance to the city center. The host was super generous and allowed us to stay as we had to catch a 7pm flight to Athens. It was a rainy day so her generously helping. There are many supermarkets nearby and one shop sells roasted chicken/liver/lamb.

The hotel is located in a quiet side street just a short walk from the center of Kos Town. The rooms are bright, well equipped, and sparkling clean and the owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. We will definitely return when visiting Kos again!

we were met on arrival and were showed everything we needed to know, thank you. location was perfect. 5-10 mins to the beach, 10-15 mins to town, greengrocer, bakery, mini market, butcher, underneath the apartment. restaurants all within easy reach, great choice. Air conditioning was good. wi fi great. comfortable and thank you for the welcome gifts, even though we didn't get round to drinking the wine!!
