We had an excellent stay at La case in campagna. Carmela, the host, is extremely kind and helpful. She got out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. While the page says Italian is the only spoken language, this should not discourage foreigners (like us) as we managed to communicate perfectly fine with Google Translate. The host is artists and we really loved her gift of a painted stone that she painted herself. The place is beautiful and peaceful, but it's a walkable distance to the village, which has a supermarket and great restaurants. The house is well-equipped and the furniture inside is beautifully painted. Ideally you need a car to come here as there is no public transport at the moment, however there a few local taxi services. Probably the most sensible way to get here is take a train to Agropoli and then rent a car locally (vs. rent a car from somewhere afar like Naples). While very much rural, you could just stay in the local area and you would be more than fine regarding food and sights to see (e.g. Rocca Cilento), however the beaches in nearby villages are too nice to miss. Local wine is excellent. There is a cute cat on-site and a donkey-wild boar duo lives just nearby. Our kid loved the animals and the toys (e.g. slide) around.

We had wonderful time, the apartment was confortable and complete of everything we needed (including a fully furnished kitchen). The location is great: quiet, relaxing, fresh and with a great view. The host took care of everything we needed. We will hopefully return soon!

The B&B is really in the countryside and sitting on the terras will give you a beautiful view. It is a good place to relax. The owner of this place is a friendly guy and he also runs a kind of trattoria/ restaurant at his place. The food he prepared for us for the 1st night was quite good (take notice of the fact the place only can handle cash money for payments). The smal village of Perdifumo (about 15m walk) is really a beauty to stroll around and take some pictures.
