Perfect location if you want some peace & quiet, want to explore the countryside or do some walking. Onder Dak could also serve as an excellent basecamp if you (as I did) need to spend several days in the city to work at ESNS. The village of Scharmer / Harkstede is really quiet, but there is a bus every 30 minutes. Breakfast was really good, there is an abundance of everything you could ask for. The owners are very friendly and helped me, for instance when my work required me to change my early check-in to a midnight one. Room was great, equipped with a sink, has lots of windows and the bed was perfect: solid stuff, slept like a rose, 4 nights in a row. Recommended!

The cabin was very nice and the camping area as a whole was amazing. The lake was very nice to swim in and the common areas with toilets and showers were very clean. The ”poolbar” was very nice and offered snacks and small courses (we strongly recommend the hamburgers). We will definitely come back here again.
