The room was so comfortable, spacious and functional. The bed, the waterpressure, the light through the large windows and the location was perfect. Also the staff were very attentive and professional. The very kind receptionist gave me an upgrade to an actual suite/apartment, and I could have stayed there the whole week! Will definately choose Oryx again when visiting Abu Dhabi and give them my best recommendation👍👍👍

I stayed for literally few hours as I picked up my friends from airport. But this was enough to see that hotel is nice especially night shift team. Everyone were great and focused as usually people in night shift are sleepy and slow due to limited staff and slow operation. Yash or Yish, I am not sure how to spell his name, but receptionist who checked us in was very professional and friendly providing us all information about hotel, and in same time fast and efficient. Same I can say for housekeeping and concierge. Breakfast was super tasty, and lots of variety. Just a advise for life cooking station, I asked for scrambled eggs but got omelette, not sure if he knew what I was asking even I explained. However, this is nothing major, I still ate it and was great.

The Staff are fantastic. I had to extend my booking by 1 night, the staff at the counter helped me find the best deal, which was actually to book through booking.com again. I was able to keep the sane room, it was seamless. The breakfast was quite good. Huge variety, very friendly and helpful staff.

We did stay 7 nights into the Deluxe King Room with Balcony (and Marina View). Enough time to experience in full the hotel facilities: swimming pools, gym, lounges, restaurants and bars. It’s all brand new and state of the art equipments, perfectly maintained and clean. The location is amazing, central to most main activities Abu Dhabi has to offer. The staff is extremely welcoming, customer focused, 100% English speaking, and discrete.

The breakfast contained a variety of delicious food (including traditional food). The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the 10th floor was also beautiful, as we could see the main buildings which make up the city skyline, from afar (at sunset, so the view was stunning). The personnel was extremely welcoming and helpful, and made our stay a pleasure. The location made it easy to get to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque quickly (approximately 20-25 minutes by taxi), and there is a shopping mall right across the intersection, which made it easy to buy souvenirs and try out some new fruit from the supermarket there. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so we could easily get to other sights relatively quickly (maximum 30-40 minutes to Corniche Beach, Marina Mall, Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, The Observation Deck at 300).

Absolutely excellent location, near to a big Mall and a lot of places to eat. Staff was extremely helpful and polite and always helpful. Room was spacious, very clean and everything was comfortable. The pool was a little bit smaller than expected from photos, but it was enough to relax and our daughter(7yo) to have fun swimming in it, water was good temperature. We had dinner one of the evenings at the hotel's restaurant and although there was some small confusion with taking our order they gave us compliments and made everything right eventually, and everything was delicious! After checking out they took care of our luggage until our transfer to Dubai arrived so we could do some more sightseeing.

The property had all the necessary and luxury amenities. The inclusive breakfast was amazing! The staff made our stay very comfortable. Going above and beyond. There is a mall close by with access from the 3rd floor. The top floor sunset views are amazing.

propery is next to a service station so you have access to drinks and snacks..management were also quick to fix issues.

I recently stayed at AG Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money. I loved the American breakfast, which was served in my room—it was tasty and very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The hotel has good facilities, including a restaurant and valet parking, which only costs 35 Dirhams. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, with no delays. My room was comfortable and quiet, and the bed was amazing for a good night’s sleep. Overall, AG Hotel is a great choice for comfort and convenience at a good price. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

I liked everything about this place—the location is fantastic with everything conveniently nearby, it’s perfect for a budget stay, and the host is truly awesome, extremely helpful, and always ready to assist, making the entire experience wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable.

Very nice hotel! The room is very small but everything you need is in the room).The bed was snow white, changed every day!The towels are also clean and snow white.
