I’m absolutely thrilled with my stay at this hotel! Everything was truly top-notch — from the stylish design and spotless, comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Every single staff member was incredibly polite, warm, and genuinely attentive. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for. A special thank you to Kim, who made my mornings so delightful during breakfast. She was always smiling, so kind and thoughtful — it really set the tone for a great day. There was another lovely girl working alongside her, just as sweet and professional. I believe her name was also Kim, but I’m not entirely sure. In any case, I want to sincerely thank them both — you two are amazing! I’m beyond satisfied with my experience and will definitely come back here on my next trip to Dubai — even if it means going out of my way in terms of location. That’s how great this hotel is. Where to start with this remarkable hotel? Everything exudes class and exceptional service. Never before have I encountered such impeccable service in a hotel. From Munir and Kelvin, to the valet parking staff, to the poolside team including Shanti, Purna, Hariyom, Bharat, Sally, and the others, and not forgetting the breakfast crew, to the warm welcome by Farid at the front desk upon our arrival, and all the other staff members. Auristelle from the hotel front office ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Our experience at this hotel was simply amazing and welcoming. After 25 days, it felt like home. The breakfast and food, in general, were absolutely delightful. We also enjoyed a relaxing breakfast at the club lounge. Housekeeping was impressively professional, with Abeen and Bilal doing a fantastic job. We will definitely revisit this hotel when we return to Dubai. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The pool area is pleasant, and there were always available sunbeds. This hotel is at your service all the time.

The hotel is really beautifully decorated. Very clean and a superb location with a premium sunset view over the city from the swimming pool. The breakfast is good value for money but if you opt out there’s many cafes restaurants right on the door stop to explore. Great hotel to stay as a family too the area is super chilled with many nice things for the children around.

We were upgraded to Intercontinental Hotel as Holiday Inn wasn't functional. The staff, services and everything was top notch. Ma Shaa Allah Especially Staff Mazin at the Reception he was very kind. I have Osteoarthritis and asked for a late check in as my flight was late. He adjusted my time of check out accordingly. Also staff Sameer and Sohail at conceirge were very helpful.
