Goga with his family hosted us with home made delicious Armenian dinner and offered us everything we needed. Their house was newly renovated, everything was clean and we had a pleasant stay there, including fulfilling breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place, under the foot of Ararat.

Remoteness. Everywhere was silent and had amazing views. We took a late-night drunk-walk in the mountain nearby. During the day we swam and did BBQ in the plastic above-ground pool (Yes, the pool is above-ground and plastic, but it was very nice)

the place is amazing and exactly what we were looking for. it is in the middle of nowhere (be careful, UCom does not have Network there and inexperienced drivers with a normal car might break stuff) and absolutely worth the effort getting there. the staff is providing an important role to bears in Armenia and you quite literally "sleep with bears". don't be afraid the biggest of their dogs is a literal bear but only wants cuddles.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Aygavan, B&B Sunrise House Aygavan is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.
