Good location and value for money

Staff were excellent, room very clean, nice location

The receptionists were incredibly kind and helpful. Every member of the hotel staff I encountered was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making stay comfortable. As a woman traveling solo for work I truly appreciated the ideal location and felt safely at ease throughout my visit.

Fantastic communication, beautiful modern hotel with superb facilities. Excellent value for money. The young man from Venezuela who greeted us was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again 10/10

Great location, breakfast was lovely, clean, friendly staff

Just about everything. The staff is fantastic, lovely room, great place to relax on the rooftop. Breakfast very tasty, good coffee, real orange juice, little balcony where you can sit out early morning and late evening. The shower is fantastic a walk..in one with plenty of hot water. Hardwood floors.

The afternoon tea as we arrived was good, staff are very kind and helpful, its in a very safe area and near very good restaurants and shops. The breakfast was great, quick, and tasty.

The room was very spacious and beds were really comfortable. I loved the balcony. The hotel offered extra services like money change, reservations for tango shows and tourism guides, that were very helpful. The breakfast was in the restaurant next to the hotel and is very complete and tasty, waiters are kind and the attention is pleasant (they have a door connecting the hotel and the restaurant for the guests so you get there directly from the lobby). Location is great in the heart of Palermo Soho, you can find great restaurans, shoppings and bars near. Also is near to places of interest (you can go walking) and near to public transportation.

The staff are absolutely amazing. They helped me with sorting money, finding places and let me top up my subte card with their phone because I couldn’t find a place.

The location was perfect. I stayed there for a night because I was going to a concert in River Plate stadium and it was within walking distance. Amazing! It’s huge!

Near to restaurants that remain open till 01:00 (certainly on a Sunday morning), which suits late arrivals to AEP!
