1) The location was really nice since it’s two blocks from the park and popular areas. However, it is one block from a church = bells are heard every 30 minutes quite loud.
2) The bedroom was decent. The bed was good and it had a nice light. They could add a side table so the backpacks don’t have to remain on the floor. They can improve the cleaning.
3) The bathroom should definitely get an upgrade. There was no tower-holders nor any place to leave the shampoo, conditioner and soap while showering. Talking about showering, the drains were clogged so shorter showers were a must. The hot water came after five minutes of having the water running. The water’s pressure was really nice though.
4) They don’t count with security, and being in Rosario they definitely should. Two men enter the building pretending to be guests and they robbed the staff. Luckily no guests were there. However, the reception ends at 5p.m. And rooms 1 & 2 are in the same area as reception = they can be easily robbed since the doors are made of glass.
5) What’s up with ALL THE FLIES in the entrance/reception? Disgusting!
6) The staff is really kind.

The archetype of the Argentinean 20's 50's middle class,...
The archetype of the Argentinean 20's 50's middle class, Rosario has many samples of elegant architecture. Walk it up and down, from the river to the boulevards, keeping your eyes up to see beautiful old buildings. Or if you prefer to saunter or jog along the Paraná River, you have miles to go admiring the occasional red flowered ceibos, blue flowered jacarandás, the Palo Borrachos, and the brown, persistent river. There are plenty of restaurants catering to European tastes. Cafés in every corner. Getting around is easy, mostly on foot, but also by taxi, bus. Although I was warned about security, I did not find any problem

I love Rosario's friendly people.
I love Rosario's friendly people. There is an astonishing mixture of old, delightful properties, and striking new murals. The streets roll down to the brown, sweet perfumed, waters of the Paraná River. There are long hikes to be walked along the river and through the quaint streets. The population is diverse. People hang out in cute cafés and restaurants until late at night. There is a bookstore in every block and lots of musical events. We found ourselves talking to the symphony conductor (a woman from Cuba) who was sitting next to us in El Cairo, a traditional café. She accepted our invitation to share a cup of coffee. That's the epitome of friendly Rosario.

We only spent a full day walking around in hot and humid conditions. However, we enjoyed the river ramblas and seeing THE monument. The pedestrian streets were most welcome as motorists are a bit aggressive but will yield to mothers with small children (hint). Great food at reasonable prices with good beer and exceptional wine.
Communication prior to arrival was smooth and Amancay was very kind to understand my delay due to public transport issues. She took the time to explain everything and gave precious suggestions about the neighbourhood and beyond. I stayed for almost two weeks for work. The flat was very clean, well equipped WiFi good, and it had a nice view of the city. Very safe and comfortable. I would be very happy to return again in my next visit to Rosario.
The hotel is over rated, extremelly expensive for what you get, Reception staff is not helping, they say no to every request. The hotel has too many rules and the overall experience is bad. Also is infested with pigeons
The location of the hotel was good and even we could get a good special price for staying an extra day. The reception and the living room is nice and the staff very helpful. The internet was working very well.
Great staff, well trained and helpful. Room and the hotel itself are little bit tired of time. Room and bathrooms spaceous enough, clean but not very cozy.
