This family run hotel was a welcome stop on my motorcycle trip: The room was comfortable. I opted for the dinner menu at the hotel’s restaurant- what a pleasant surprise! The staff (everyone!) was extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this to any bikers.

Great room, great view , nice breakfast

Central location, short walk to 2 ski lifts no vehicle required to visit runs nearby.

The stafwere very welcoming and friendly. Facilities were super nice and clean.

Great and caring service, very good breakfast, good location.

Excellent hotel, wonderful location, picturesque view from the window. The rooms are new, clean, equipped with everything you need. Wonderful hosts.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for kids! There is everything you need. Our kids (12yo and 3yo) loved it! We enjoyed every second and we will be soon back because our kids didn ´t stop talking about this hotel. Rooms, food, pool, cinema, gym, playground, staff - everything was great!

Everything was magical Starting from location, view, stuff

Outstanding food, extremely friendly staff.

The staff were outstanding. Not one was moody miserable or rude. Always happy to assist. The lady that checked us in was exceptional. Even when our friends met us at the reception and we all got very excited. The whole stay was exceptional. The cleaning lady on the 3rd floor was super lovely, nothing was a bother. We loved the church bells, the breakfast was delicious, the kids loved the ice-cream and we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa after a long day on the stunning slopes of Maria Alm and chilling out in the Gallery after dinner.

The staff's friendliness and how much heart they put into running the hotel are truly remarkable. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. (I've been going to the mountains for years, but I’ve never stayed this close to the slopes with such convenience. We were here with kids, and being able to quickly move from the slopes to the warmth of the hotel was amazing—anyone with a 3.5-year-old will understand exactly what I mean!) It's also great that there's a pool in the hotel. Last but not least, the food is excellent. There’s also a beautiful ski room and convenient parking right at the hotel.

We liked everything: the breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. We also enjoyed the soup and the salad buffet after coming from skiing. We love the detail of always having the same table for our meals and to be identified by family name, and not room number. It was also very useful to have a list of activities for the day.

Very friendly and helpful owners, great communication, excellent breakfast!

Beautiful, designer hotel in very central location, wonderful staff, lovely spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds, excellent restaurant, sauna/steam room - a very luxurious stay we hope to be back soon!

Location was perfect and within walking distance to the bus stop. Martina, the lady working at reception was incredible and so warm and friendly. No request ever felt like too much effort. She even organized a taxi for us when ours cancelled at the last minute. Beautiful, charming and cozy rooms with great food and super friendly staff. The sauna room is also incredible and free of charge to hotel guests, what a pleasure that was to use. Highly recommended if you visit Maria Alm!!! Words won't do it justice!!
