We loved our stay. The apartment was in great condition and well equipped. Comfortable beds and sofa. Cozy and warm. The restaurant was also a great option for evenings where we didn't want to cook. The children's favourite thing was the frozen lake where they spend lots of time playing.

We liked everything: the breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. We also enjoyed the soup and the salad buffet after coming from skiing. We love the detail of always having the same table for our meals and to be identified by family name, and not room number. It was also very useful to have a list of activities for the day.

Location was perfect and within walking distance to the bus stop. Martina, the lady working at reception was incredible and so warm and friendly. No request ever felt like too much effort. She even organized a taxi for us when ours cancelled at the last minute. Beautiful, charming and cozy rooms with great food and super friendly staff. The sauna room is also incredible and free of charge to hotel guests, what a pleasure that was to use. Highly recommended if you visit Maria Alm!!! Words won't do it justice!!
