AustriaI had one of the best weekends of my life because it was spent here. Every single detail of this house is perfect. We entered this magical place and were immediately in awe because of how beautifully and thoughtfully everything is made. You wouldn’t expect a place that is so integrated into nature to be this clean and tidy. The owner clearly is a wonderful human being who poured his heart and soul into this property. On one hand I want to tell everyone about this hidden gem, on the other I wouldn’t want it to be overbooked for the time I return ;)

SingaporeLaura & Hans are excellent hosts - warm, welcoming & made me feel right at home instantly with hot coffee & juice in their garden daily etc. They provided guidance to to key sites to visit in the area - all of which were visited & enjoyed. Room was very comfortable too. It was a very good experience staying in their place. Very memorable.

SpainFrom the minute we arrived we felt so welcome. What a wonderful hotel. Family run and in a great central location in the the stunning town of Melk. incredible Views to the Palace. We hired electric bikes the first day (10€ for half a day) gorgeous 50km cycle up to Spitz and back (lots of places to stop for wine and beer!) Next day went to a family wedding in Wasserkirken by BOAT! we asked SO many question at reception and they were consistently helpful. The food is delicious too, so many homemade delicacies. We cant wait to go back!

Hosts were very friendly but encouraged us to help ourselves to wine on their deck. They even had another customer open a bottle of wine for us and asked him to tell us to “help ourselves”; without asking us.
The next morning we were charged for that bottle.
