In the last 35 years we visited Hotel Klaus every 2 years (on average). We always feel happy with the perspective of forthcoming another stay. 30 years ago we were astonished with perfect sound insulation from Brno-Wien main road which was just behind the corner.

I didn't expect too much about hotel. It was a regular "Gasthaus" and indeed rooms are very ok but not a 5* hotel. What was real diffrence was the owner. His attitude towards me was unusual. I was just being friendy and helpful. He really made me feel a special guest. Helped with all the things I needed and took to restaurant which they also run and is very close and was looking after whole time. His doughter Katerina spent almost an hour with me discussing her wins (they also have winerey - the best Gruner Veltliner I've ever drank, and I know what I'm talking about ;) ). Generally my high rank comes mostly through this experience of being a part of family and not "just a guest".

We had the best time here, staying during the Eurovision Song Contest. The team were so helpful and Senija, the manager, was so lovely. When I fell and hurt my knee Senija did everything she could to ease the pain and ensure no infection occurred. The room was clean and the facilities were great. So nice to have a bath after a long day walking around Vienna. Can’t rate the hotel high enough

The hotel has excellent facilities, a very comfy bed, super tasty breakfast, and is in a very good location, right next to the subway. And of course it is pet friendly, which was the main criteria for us. The staff, Ivan, was very nice and helpful.

Just a 25-minute metro ride from the Vienna State Opera and the Kärntnerstraße Shopping Street, the Hotel Asperner Löwe offers free private parking and free WiFi.
