A traditional, nice, family-run guest house located a few minutes away from the very busy ski slopes area. Super place to do day activities from whether it is skiing, hiking, etc. The restaurant served good food albeit a bit expensive. Breakfast was nice too. Room was comfortable with a fantastic view of the valley and the mountains.

Great service, great food, great accomedations. This place has everything. The staff are very attentative, helpful and friendly. The food is very well made with lots of local ingredients at more than reasonable prices. Rooms are recently renovated and very comfortable.

This is a family run hotel and with no doubt one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The food is a Michelin experience and the family vibe experience made us feel so welcome. Honestly you will not regret it to book it. Everything is just amazing.

Best place in Austria we have stayed so far. Very clean, plenty of space, stunning views and in the middle of local life. Sauna is great, pity shuts down too early.

A perfect experience! Nationalparkhotel Klockerhaus impressed us with its exceptional location right next to the Krimml Waterfalls and breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering a wonderful view of the waterfall, the mountains, and the beautifully maintained surroundings. The food was delicious and varied, served with care. Everything is arranged with attention to detail and a warm atmosphere. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – full of authentic charm, warmth, and natural beauty. We would gladly return!

Incredible view everywhere outside

This hotel was perfect. Even in light of an overlooking issue, they created a wonderful experience. They accommodated our large group of 11 people both with comfortable rooms and personalized services at the restaurant. After dinner, we were welcomed to a great ski apreś evening at the adjacent bar called Ski Häsrl. This ski lodge even in light of dry December was great choice. Wild Kögel Arena was the Highlight of our trip.

Perfect gastronomie ! Breakfests as well dinners! Amazing creativity, very good wines ! Amazing stay in this hotel at that place with perfect skiing! Nice atmosphere at 1600 m!

Great service, very helpful staff and "Chefin" was very friendly. I liked breakfasts with nice choice of local cheese and meat options. swimmingpool pool is small but saunas are surprisingly nice! Also recommend the Restaurant with great mix of Austrian and Italian food. Please remember to make a reservation! Great location about five minutes walk to the Ski Lift.
