Staff were very friendly, and the lady who checked us in was amazing, very helpful, and friendly. she expalind to us everything we need with smile. the location is stunning. we were surprised about the stunning view in the morning when we woke up as we arrived at night and the place is so quiet all we could hear there was rain dropping. the room is very clean and tidy. the whole atmosphere was cosy. the hotel offered us a one day silver premium card, which gave us free access to the nearby cable cars, and discounts on other activities such as mountain bikes, etc.. and we spent all the days on the mountains, and we had the best time ever. will definitely always come back again. can't wait to come back again in winter

Both the hotel and the staff exceeded our expectations. The location is well situated- within 2-3 minutes at the Silvretta-bahn. The location was really good and it was easy to get to the ski area. The staff or the owner of the hotel was so nice and we had such a pleasent view. She was really helpful and made us feel really comfortable. I would recommend this place a thousand time and will most certainly come back!
