Nice breakfast (but in late hours, some food was out), better to go earlier. Nice and friendly staff. We have been skiing in Zillertal arena, it's approx 20 min by car, sometimes traffic jams are there, but nothing serious, better to check google maps before you go. Good place for walk around the nearest river. Nice to stay with dog here, they are very friendly to animals. Nice dinners, big portions for nice price. Great sauna. We have very enjoyed the stay here! Can recomment for 100%.

Perfect little inn with views, friendly staff, great breakfast & restaurant! We met up with family there and having a lounge available to chat and play games, was excellent! Even got a little gift on departure!

We stayed 5 nights. The staff were very kind and helpful. My daughter has gluten allergy and they provided gluten free bread and the lady who was the chef, prepared gluten free food for her, which was very tasty. The breakfast buffet had a variety and was filling including vegetables and fruit. Our room was comfortable and very clean and had a very nice view of the mountains. The dining room had an exceptional view of the mountains. Bus stops, ski hire and the car cable to the mountain are only 100 meters from the hotel, which is excellent. All in all we had a very nice time and we will definitely go back.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean and the rooms were well isolated. The spa and gym were fully equipped. The restaurant was of high quality. The staff was very welcoming and professional.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were told that the hotel and restaurant are now run by the third generation of the same family, which gives the place a warm and authentic atmosphere. The service was very good, and the beautiful mountain view made our stay even more enjoyable. A lovely place with genuine hospitality! There is a lovely hiking trail starting directly from the hotel, leading towards the lake or into the valley on the other side of the river.

Outstanding friendly service in the restaurant, beautiful three course meal to a higher gourmet standard. Restaurant is beautifully decorated in a modern alpine style. Fantastic service. spa is small but nice, Clean, good standard. Nice views of Achensee and mountains.

Overall, the facilities of the hotel are excellent, but the food and the friendly staff make it truly exceptional!

Absolutely fantastic-everything was great: room, super friendly staff, convenient parking, superb breakfast & dinner, spa with steam bath and outside sauna. We would love to be back :)

It was like living in a fairy tale! Amazing property. It felt like we were the only guests there. Only during breakfast did we realise that there were several other guests. Super clean. They have maintained the old world charm very well. The staff were friendly and showed us around the property. They were very responsive to our phone calls as well. Breakfast was good too. I see from some older comments that they used to charge extra for eggs. But that is no longer the case. The nearby park is beautiful. Overall amazing experience

The host was extremely friendly and welcoming and we ate at their restaurant at night with some special local delicacies on the menu. Room was excellent and bike storage on the ground level was appreciated. Great balcony to sit in the afternoon and relax in the balmy afternoon sunshine.

It was halfboard. I liked dinner best. It was a salad buffet with a main course.
