The location was great. Close to the train down to Innsbruck (you get a free travel ticket from the hotel with this). The staff were incredibly friendly.

Beautiful location. Comfortable room. Quiet location. Spectacular views.

Location, silence, view, hiking trails all around, absolutely lovely staff, cherry picking.

Great location, great staff, great food. We were on a family holiday and we loved it!

Nice location, clean room, big room, lovely view from room, good breakfast, very helpfull staff

The only property at the area, felt so private and secluded from busy Innsbruck city. Chef Hans hospitality is excellent, we felt welcome and at home. Breakfast is amazing, they provided us salmon and boiled eggs for halal food. Chef also provided us Innabruck card for public transport. Christmas decoration is amazing, felt lucky to stay in the historical building. I've shared photo of hotel from bus stop, very nearby.

the view from the room is amazing!!! Very kind offering parking. Very good food and service at the restaurant!

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is easy to reach from the train station by bus.

Exceptional atmosphere near city centre.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff is really courteous and friendly. Location is nice, we walked the whole city center, while our car was parked in the underground parking just below the hotel. They gave us very nice, mountain facing room with a serene view on 9th floor.

I got a very comfortable and clean room at third floor. I did not get any noise from either outside or inside, despite ongoing renovation works. All the personnel were extremely nice and helpful. For breakfast, they offer a wide variety of high-quality food. As a nice top-up, for a two-night or longer stay, you get a free pass for the local transportation system in Innsbruck and the surroundings as soon as you check-in. I didn't take advantage of the restaurant associated with the hotel, for either lunch or dinner, but it looks great. The hotel is at 5-min walking distance from the railway station, where most of the buses stop. The hotel also offers a SPA.

The location is perfect, walking distance from/to the train station and city center. The room is very spacious, everything is new and modern. The staff was nice and efficient. The views from the room and the restaurant where the breakfast is served are wonderful. Everything perfect.

Excellent stay!! Great location Very clean hotel The guy at the reception was amazing (I don’t remember his name I think tamino ?my apologies if it is not Correct )

The breakfast was a la cart and was very substantial and delicious. The location was very quiet and a 5 minute walk from old town Innsbruck.

The staff and location were outstanding. Breakfast was included and a Innsbruck travel pass for the duration of our stay.

Location for bus stop and very near to city center and also ski slope . View is also great

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really made the trip get off with a good start. The room was spacious and well equipped. Given the location of the hotel, the bus service was easily accessible and made travel into the heart of Innsbruck and back extremely easy. The breakfast service with nice strong coffee was also a great way to start the day, with a variety of foods and friendly waiting staff.

An exceptional breakfast. Wide choice, fresh and beautifully presented.

Helpful and kind personnel, great facilities, great location, great breakfast. The hotel environment in itself was really nice. Located in a good spot with 10-15 minutes away from most of the activities. The rooms were quite big in terms of what we expected, and the bathroom was good. Definitely well worth the price, and then some.

We really loved everything, especially the pool and the sauna. Breakfast was also excellent!

The location is very convenient and the staff are friendly.

The room was beautiful views of the mountains. Cleanliness was excellent. The beds and lines were of high quality and the staff was friendly and helpful. We purchased breakfast, which was varied and delicious. The dining area was located up high and was decorated to be cozy. The scenery was stunning! It was wonderful to start the day with stunning mountain views.
