Beautiful location and big clean room with balcony. Reception was receptive to my needs of late checkin, and we solved everything via phone.

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The manager Hansjörg was so kind and genuinely interested in us. He took some lovely pictures of us when we met up on a walk. The setting is spectacular and the restaurant was so lovely we ate all our meals there. There was a bus stop right outside & with the welcome card we could get around easily. Very happy with our stay would highly recommend this little piece of paradise.

Excellent breakfast and dinner!

Very nice view and very baby friendly. One evening they hosted a wedding and they gave us a room where we could not be bothered by the sound. Another big plus is the breakfast (a lot of fresh fruits).

We received a very warm welcome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is pristine clean and the outside decks are wonderful places to relax.

Everything was perfect. The nespresso machine in the room was a super thing for an italian like me!

Central location, close to touristique pedestrian area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The hotel is very new, and this is felt everywhere. Friendly staff, wide and easy accessible parking.

Great location, great view, excellent taste in interior design. I long to stay here soon, or at least stop by to have breakfast again here someday! The whole city is a sight for sore eyes, but staying in Faktorei made everything perfect!

Very calm, pool like for kids and good dinner with quality in the restaurant. Good variety of food with wide buffet. Excellent for the family. Room was bigger and kids like this

The hotel was definitely above my initial expectations. Wonderful location with in a splendid alpine surrounding. Very comfortable room and friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was really good with a large variety of choices in both food and beverages.

The vibe of the city and within a few minutes we could go to the old town and enjoy the local cuisine.
