The room was spacious, very clean and extremely well maintained. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of clean towels available, and we really appreciated that the toilet was separated from the shower by a door, which added extra comfort and privacy. We chose this hotel as our base for skiing in Axamer Lizum, and the location is perfect. The ski bus stops just a few meters from the hotel, making it very easy and convenient to reach the slopes. We had breakfast and dinner included, and both were very good. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming, and a nice extra is that during breakfast you can already choose your dinner for the same evening. The food was tasty and well prepared. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. They answered all our questions and helped us arrange several things, which made our stay stress-free and very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and comfortable. An excellent choice for a ski holiday in Axamer Lizum. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Had an absolutely lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean, very cozy, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, but what really made it special was a wonderful surprise at breakfast: the team had laid out an unexpected gift of a small bottle of bubbly and party popper decorations for my birthday!. It was such a kind, personal touch that made my day. The spa facilities were another highlight—perfect for relaxing and truly top-notch. Hotel is in a great location to catch both local and ski busses to slopes, neighbouring areas and Innsbruck city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent check-in system and mobile key door system. The facility is neat, the room is clean and comfortable. Interestingly, there were no towels, they wrote me where to go to get them, which is commendable. Also, after 2 days, I went to replace the towels. That system is commendable that guests can take or change them themselves. All praise and recommendations

It is located in a nice village, 15 minutes from Innsbruck center by bus. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk. There are many trails in the area.

Nice view from balcony, friendly staff, nice breakfast, quiet neighborhood. Check in and breakfast in the different hotel, but very close, no problem walking to it.

Very good breakfast, lots of choices, including freshly prepared in the kitchen, friendly hosts. The hotel allows to check in late, which is very convenient after unpredictable traffic coming from far away.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, really made the trip get off with a good start. The room was spacious and well equipped. Given the location of the hotel, the bus service was easily accessible and made travel into the heart of Innsbruck and back extremely easy. The breakfast service with nice strong coffee was also a great way to start the day, with a variety of foods and friendly waiting staff.
