The room was spacious, very clean and extremely well maintained. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. The bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of clean towels available, and we really appreciated that the toilet was separated from the shower by a door, which added extra comfort and privacy. We chose this hotel as our base for skiing in Axamer Lizum, and the location is perfect. The ski bus stops just a few meters from the hotel, making it very easy and convenient to reach the slopes. We had breakfast and dinner included, and both were very good. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming, and a nice extra is that during breakfast you can already choose your dinner for the same evening. The food was tasty and well prepared. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. They answered all our questions and helped us arrange several things, which made our stay stress-free and very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and comfortable. An excellent choice for a ski holiday in Axamer Lizum. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great, the host was very nice, the room was very comfortable, with a good mastress, great view and big bathroom. Everything was cleaned. The breakfast was also very good and complete. The access to the swimming pool and sauna after a long walk is very appreciated. The bus to go to Innsbruck is near, as are the groceries. All of this for a good prices thank you again !

The location is spectacular: surrounded by the most incredible mountains in a charming small town. Great care is taken to make their guests feel comfortable. The hotel is charming and the breakfast very good.

Hotel is nearby the bus station so it is very convenient to go to Innsbruck. It is clean, has great breakfast and beds are very comfortable.

Very nice view and very baby friendly. One evening they hosted a wedding and they gave us a room where we could not be bothered by the sound. Another big plus is the breakfast (a lot of fresh fruits).

Great location, great view, excellent taste in interior design. I long to stay here soon, or at least stop by to have breakfast again here someday! The whole city is a sight for sore eyes, but staying in Faktorei made everything perfect!
