I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that left a lasting impression on me. The staff were incredibly friendly, yet not pushy, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's design was perfect, creating an immersive and luxurious experience. The brunches were irresistible and the dinners were fabulous. The artistic level of the cocktails was impressive. The staff's friendliness and how much heart they put into running the hotel are truly remarkable. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. (I've been going to the mountains for years, but I’ve never stayed this close to the slopes with such convenience. We were here with kids, and being able to quickly move from the slopes to the warmth of the hotel was amazing—anyone with a 3.5-year-old will understand exactly what I mean!) It's also great that there's a pool in the hotel. Last but not least, the food is excellent. There’s also a beautiful ski room and convenient parking right at the hotel.

We liked everything: the breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. We also enjoyed the soup and the salad buffet after coming from skiing. We love the detail of always having the same table for our meals and to be identified by family name, and not room number. It was also very useful to have a list of activities for the day.
