This family run hotel was a welcome stop on my motorcycle trip: The room was comfortable. I opted for the dinner menu at the hotel’s restaurant- what a pleasant surprise! The staff (everyone!) was extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this to any bikers.

The staff were all amazing. Very friendly and always smiling. Always looking to help you and speak perfect english. The facilities were fantastic including the heated swimming pool, spa and rooftop terrace.

Outstanding food, extremely friendly staff.

This is a traditional Tyrolean property in a good location, very short walk to lift. Staff are fantastic. Adult only (natural!) spa in basement. Rooftop pool is a nice touch but could be a little warmer in winter. Food is outstanding. Very good value all round.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for kids! There is everything you need. Our kids (12yo and 3yo) loved it! We enjoyed every second and we will be soon back because our kids didn ´t stop talking about this hotel. Rooms, food, pool, cinema, gym, playground, staff - everything was great!

This place is seriously incredible, one of the nicest places we have stayed in, with some really great facilities. The room was super cosy, clean and had a nice media setup with a projector. The breakfast is amazing; it's also on until 13:00. After that, there is a snackbar. The staff were extremely nice, and they clearly communicate with each other: we told the staff member at check-in that we were attending a wedding, and another staff member two mornings later at breakfast asked us how it went!?

The staff's friendliness and how much heart they put into running the hotel are truly remarkable. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. (I've been going to the mountains for years, but I’ve never stayed this close to the slopes with such convenience. We were here with kids, and being able to quickly move from the slopes to the warmth of the hotel was amazing—anyone with a 3.5-year-old will understand exactly what I mean!) It's also great that there's a pool in the hotel. Last but not least, the food is excellent. There’s also a beautiful ski room and convenient parking right at the hotel.

We liked everything: the breakfast was excellent as well as dinner. We also enjoyed the soup and the salad buffet after coming from skiing. We love the detail of always having the same table for our meals and to be identified by family name, and not room number. It was also very useful to have a list of activities for the day.

Beautiful, designer hotel in very central location, wonderful staff, lovely spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds, excellent restaurant, sauna/steam room - a very luxurious stay we hope to be back soon!

Everything. Wow! Favourite hotel we have ever stayed in. They really have attention to detail, everything was perfect. Thank you for the Prosecco and card for our honeymoon! Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, amazing food and lovely helpful staff.
