The view is stunning! We made sure to get a room with balcony and mountain view. It was very beautiful! Make sure to step into the backyard and take in the beautiful scenery. We didn't swim in the pool, but it looked very nice. The breakfast was very good. It included many hot and cold items like eggs, yogurt, fruit and pastries.

Clean with a very attentious staff

Everything was wonderful. I absolutely loved the location and the hotel itself, a beautiful, historic building with a strong sense of tradition, very well preserved and full of character. The hotel was exceptionally clean and cozy. The host was extremely attentive and welcoming. The hotel has its own restaurant, and although we tried other places in town, the food there was by far the most delicious. It was the best dining experience we had during our stay.

Amazing staff & the most welcome check in of any hotel I have stayed at. A family business and they excel in every area. Upgraded beautiful room. Super quiet. Close to town & a lovely dining room for a fabulous breakfast. Great advice on where to eat, which was a perfect choice each night.

The hotel itself is lovely and the room very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The views are amazing and it's great that the hotel has a small room for guests with kettles, microwave, cutlery, etc. The pool area is quite nice as well, although the water was a bit cold for me. Public transportation worked perfectly!

Very nice family run hotel with great service, a few hundred meters from the village centre. I appreciated the sky view form the window and the recommendation to observe the stars. The breakfast was excellent

Room was really clean, air-conditioned, comfy bed. Receptionest friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good enough. The place has a nice beergarden to chill. Location is great too, its quite calm there, near Alpen Zoo and its easy to reach center by bus. And parking was free. We were very happy with our stay.

There was a small fire during our stay, but the staff handled it excellently. They were professional and caring to the customers, and while we waited they served us coffee. Really great job!

Central location, close to touristique pedestrian area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The hotel is very new, and this is felt everywhere. Friendly staff, wide and easy accessible parking.

This hotel was right in the center of town. There were so many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and had everything that I needed. The staff was very helpful and polite. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Most beautiful place and a very good location. Great food at the restaurant and has a bar. Well connected. It was the best.

Stayed in new part of the hotel. Got a room upgrade on arrival which was a nice bonus. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had beautiful view onto the Alps. It even had a jacuzzi bath !

Quiet neighbourhood. Good breakfast. Close to tram station for city centre. Large room.

This was by far the best booking I have made! The staff were amazing, giving amazing recommendations for food and activities. Great facilities of the room and the premises (there were free bikes for use!!)
