Charming hotel with exquisite and refined decor. Cozy, clean, and comfortable rooms. They also include a kettle and tea, herbal infusions, and coffee; a detail I really appreciate in a property. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of options. The hotel restaurant is also open for dinner. Loved their artisan pizzas. On a special note, I would like to thank Lisa, a staff member from reception, for her kindness and her professionalism. I highly recommend Rufi's Hotel and will definitely stay here if I ever come back to Innsbruck.

We love it from the beginning to the end - location, food, staff, children facilities, and especially pool, everything was in line with a high overall standard. In fact - dinner was mind blowing! It was excellent one night stop on our way to Italy and although a bit pricy totally worth the money.

Located in the middle of a quiet town. Really worth having a short walk around plus there is a hiking route going uphill past some castle ruins and further into the wood. Standard continental buffet for breakfast - muesli with yogurt/milk, eggs, pastry, etc. The radiator had a valve so I could close it and not suffer from overheating - super practical as temperature control is usually an issue in European hotels. Very clean overall. Sauna is included into the price. A lot of parking space

I was a little apprehensive about the distance from the city center, but the hotel is very good! I think it's worth it for what it offers! The room and bathroom were very spacious! The bed was very comfortable! Everything was clean and organized. My room had a nice balcony! It's a hotel with a more traditional decor, but in our case, it was very pleasant. We really enjoyed it! The breakfast area is very spacious and pleasant, plus it had many options and was very well served!

The hotel is easily accessible without any narrow or steep roads, and there is a bus stop right next to it. Our room was warm, spacious, and cleaned daily, featuring a balcony with a mountain view. The staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable, though the pillows were slightly too soft for us. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant, which serves very good, albeit slightly expensive, food. Since there were few guests during our stay, the atmosphere was very relaxing.

We had a lovely big bedroom with a balcony. The hotel was very ornate with lots of interesting decor. It was a great location - around 15 minutes on the bus to the centre of Salzburg and plenty of hiking trails nearby. The breakfast wasn’t cooked but we really enjoyed it - there was plenty of choice: breads, cheeses, cakes, yogurt, fruit, cereals, meats, fish and eggs (sometimes scrambled sometimes boiled)
