Lovely quirky accommodation, landlady was very welcoming. We were upgraded FOC to the larger “Paris” room. Bed was very comfy and the large balcony was a bonus.

The whole feel of the place is brilliant. We loved our stay. Family of 4 with a 13yr old and 3yr old. Made very welcome by Anna and Matt. They know the area really well so have great suggestions. Beautiful breakfast each morning. Very calm and peaceful in the evenings relaxing in the kitchen/lounge area and then listening to the frogs from the bedrooms and guessing which we were hearing.

From the moment you walk In, chimes is luxuriously Devine. Beautiful setting, immaculate room, generous sized natural spa products to enjoy, stunning deep circular bath, tranquil colour scheme, welcomed with a glass of port and evening bite sized cake. Nature through every window, well established gardens, with little paths, a bridge, running brooks and a private pool nestled away within lush naturally landscaped gardens. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and good quality products. Staff were friendly, welcoming, without being intrusive.

Everything. From the outside, it looks like a hostel. But I'm surprised with the facilities that they provide. It exceeded my expectations . The room is comfortable with great bed, nice showers, and kitchenette . They also provide air-conditioning with the heater. So that we were not cold at night. We came here during spring .

Came to play golf so didn't have much time to visit, however the wineries, breweries and all other tourist activities are great. (from previous visits). Denmark caters for tourists extremely well.

Location is good.

Location is good. Hot in the rooms. especially in December, there are no aircons. The code system for the room door gave us issues. It change from the time we checked in to the time we were done with supper, without informing us.

A typical touristy town, beautiful scenery, great place to relax, good choice of meals and places to visit. World class wineries (Single File Winery) and absolutely awesome places to stay covering everyone's price range. Love the place and stay relatively often.

Denmark is amazing. So much to do! An abundance of stunning walks in magical places. The most beautiful beaches! Wineries. Fun activities for kids! Something for everyone. A very special part of the world indeed!

Denmark was a nice town, the rivermouth and sea looked inviting. We ate at the award winning pie shop. I had a chilli con carne pie that should come with an advisory- it was chilli hot! Check it out! The Lodge hotel for dinner was great.

A charming town with all the amenities you could wish for -...

A charming town with all the amenities you could wish for - supermarket shopping, plus plenty of small cafes and eateries and independent shops. The bakery is great. The river park area is lovely and great for kids to play. there are so many attractions in the area such as wineries, a meadery and honey place, chocolate factory, beautiful restaurants set in the gently rolling countryside, an animal feeding farm, beaches and river side areas, caravan parks. A great place for a family holiday or couples retreat.

Spent 1 night before going onto Albany for a long weekend. We had a good day exploring Denmark and the coast line before finishing the evening in the Denmark Tavern, which is very conveniently located next door. Coming from Perth, it was eerily quiet through night, which meant a great night's sleep.

What an amazing place. Huge room, very comfortable big bed, good shower. Absolutely stunning views from the verandah. We felt very lucky to stay here. It's a drive into Denmark of about 7 minutes.
