It is a very spacious and cozy house. The hosts had made every effort to make us feel welcome, including lighting the fireplace before our arrival, which we appreciated since it was unusually cold and rainy for this time of the year. There were plenty of breakfast items for us to cook our breakfast (bacon, eggs, bread, butter, orange juice). Quiet location. Our daughter appreciated being able to feed and pat the animals on the property. There were plenty of toys, books, and board games to keep everyone entertained.

The food and quantity of food was excellent. The availability of complementary snacks was an added bonus. The hosts were charming and helpful. Having my pet dog in my room was so nice and there were great off leash walks around the property.

It was lovely to see so many original parts, and the cottage is in excellent condition. We loved the location, and the little sitting room was lovely to recuperate at the end of the day.

The house is large with good sized bedrooms and enough beds...

The house is large with good sized bedrooms and enough beds for 9! Loved the location, isolation and wildlife but still only 20 minutes drive into Stanthorpe town. Many wineries and distilleries locally as well as the gorgeous Christmas Tree Farm which is a must visit!

Eukey is just out of town which makes it very quiet and...

Eukey is just out of town which makes it very quiet and peaceful overlooking Storm King Dam. Easy drive to Ballandean Wineries and Girraween National Park Really enjoyed the fire outside as well as the lovely fire in the lounge room that warmed the whole lounge/dining area Chuda was a great host. Thank you Chuda.
