We loved everything about this property. The kitchen has everything, the bbq, fire tubs, animals around, beds were comfy, everything was clean. Host were really helpful when needed and provided wood for fire. Couldn’t recommend more.

Ron and Tanya were very responsive to our enquiries when we were planning out trip. This cosy beach house has a warm homely feel. 4 great bedrooms with beautiful bedding and the most comfy mattress and pillows. From the outside it looks like a cute little old beach shack on the inside it is a beautifully renovated property with all the mods and cons. Modern kitchen with dishwasher and formal dining area and Lounge. Laundry with washing machine Informal lounge at back of house a great place to lay back and relax with a book. A really lovely place to relax and wind down. The house had a great outside back decking We didn't use this time as we were out and about but definately a lovely place to relax with friends sharing a drink on a warm day or Infront of the fire pit on a chilly night. The house is a short walk to the Beach, General Store, Tavern or the most amazing Thai Massage with Boodi I have ever had. It was Perfect for our yearly ladies weekend and we will definately be back. Ron and Tanya thankyou for letting us stay at your lovely little holiday home. I can't recommend this place enough we absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. If you have children there is a playground and open park space right next door. Across the road is the Seabird Hall where regular events are help and the locals and visitors are welcome to join in. Check out Facebook Seabird and Friends page for local events and events close by. Seabird is a Lovley little seaside town with a lovely community who are friendly and inviting.

The location is great, where the lake meets the beach with lots of walk trails and half an hour from Lancelin and Yanchep. The problem is, there is no kitchen or stove to cook food with or fridge so you are kinda forced to either buy from the store or eat at the restaurant.

We love Guilderton/Moore River and have been many times.

We love Guilderton/Moore River and have been many times. It is close to Perth (1hr and 20 mins for us) and can make for a lovely day trip or longer get away. We love the river and beach, there is an amazing view from the look out. The jetty is great for fishing and the caravan park is lovely and safe. Lots of holiday homes available for rent too. The local cafe and shops are handy and within walking distance. Great place for families and friends!

Guilderton has an Estuary and The Ocean.

Guilderton has an Estuary and The Ocean. The real charm and uniqueness is the abundance of magnificent Tuart Trees and mixed Woodland along the Estuary and through the built Town site. It is not Flat. It is an undulating terrain with many mature trees in gardens, supporting a a whole range of Birdlife. Particularly, small birds. Bird song in the mornings , in mid February, was very special. Taking a short Cruise up the Moor River Estuary allows one to see the variety of Dunes and Vegetation growing down to the water line.

Guilderton and the Moore River are beautiful holiday stays for all. Lots to do in the river, including swimming, and a stunning beach/coastline too. We had the Gabbadah park across from our accommodation which we had a family bbq and kids played on the playground and swings . Recommend Guilderton 100%
