For the price it was not good value.
For the price it was not good value. It was not very clean and smelt like dog. It was showing its age and needing repairs. No cancellation policy, no refunds is a total rip off. If you cancel they keep your whole booking cost and then book it again. Double dipping. Not right. If you cannot get there, Request a refund and if they say no, ask for a change of date, don’t cancel. Just do a no show. Leave it sit empty. Peaceful, private, well appointed, clean and fresh, comforts of home including electric blankets and heaters. Nice location, 10 mins from Toowoomba, few minutes to Highfields township, 30+ mins to Crows Nest and Ravensbourne National parks. I have never eaten at the restaurant but that will be for next time. The location is really handy as there is a duel station, KFC on either side, only 4 minutes from the main Highfields shops and tavern and the scenery is also beautiful.Guest review byA George'ss CleanAustralia
