Clean tidy and comfortable, quiet and restful sleep had ,a great handy kitchenette for all guest to use and multiple bathrooms to choose from.🙂 Staff where all kind, prompt , helpful and friendly for check in and any questions we had. My husband and I would like to personally mention one of the the hotel staff members a beautiful young lady named Monica for her absolute beautiful personality and exceptional customer service as she is an absolute credit to the hotel and would like to mention for hotel management to see and to acknowledge Monica's amazing customer service and kindness was phenomenal to say the least :) & Just note how lucky the hotel is to have such a amazing staff member whom deserves much credit for her kindness and all round beautiful kind personality and overall amazing professional customer service 10/10 for hotel cessnock staff and accommodation amenities and facilities. 💯 Recommend

Pretty decent hotel room with a comfy bed! Nice warm and strong shower. Very convenient if you like live music as it you just need go to the pub downstairs. Walk distance from everywhere you need such as petrol station, pharmacy, cafes, ect. Also very friendly staff.

Marie was an absolute delight and the peaceful location was superb. The room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were great, as was the shower. Fantastic communal cooking facilities for those who might want them.

Relaxing & comfortable 2 night stay with the family. Hosts Aki & DJ were very accomodating with early check in & late check out. Spacious property, with a games room, outdoor firepit & swim spa which we loved. Highly recommend

A large house in the middle of nowhere - It's OK we can live...

A large house in the middle of nowhere - It's OK we can live with that (We had each other's company). A large house that supposedly can live up to 15 people, but only 2 bedrooms, one being an ensuite - It's OK we can live with that (We had a roster system). Showpiece of a hot tub that cannot reach more than 25 degrees in Winter - It's OK we can live with that (Only the kids were brave enough to go in). HOWEVER, no gas for almost half our stay resulting in cold/no shower and unable to use the stove, and then followed by lies, accusations and lack of accountability from the property management? That one is hard to swallow. After I was virtually ignored when I reported the incident, the next morning while we were cleaning and packing to check-out, I decided to remind the property manager that the gas was still out of order (for the sake of their next guests), From that point, excuses were coming thick and fast. I was told that someone came the previous night to install new gas bottles; that someone might have forgotten to switch it now; that I should check the isolators and turn it on. We knew that no one came to swap the gas bottles because all the guests were in the property all night. When I requested for a partial refund for the inconvenience caused. I was being blame for not following their instructions and hence no compensation was to be considered. Unfortunately, overall our experience was soured by Weekenda.
