Easy access. Shared bathroom and showers were clean and well maintained. We were able to go in and out at unusual hours and not disturb anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful and dinner in the downstairs pub was delightful.

Fabulous place. Food available to make your own breakfast- cooked or continental, a coffee machine and a fully equipped kitchen to use. Bonus was having a washing machine and dryer to use. Host / owner was very helpful and accommodating.

Great location, close to the main road in Murray Bridge. Felt very welcomed, with complimentary wine, biscuits and Kit Kats! Also good range of teas and coffee options provided, along with cooking basics. Kitchen was very well appointed, I could definitely imagine a longer stay there in the future. Games and books available in the lounge room- our kids enjoyed playing spot it, uno flip and jenga.

Lovely river town with everything you need .... eateries,...

Lovely river town with everything you need .... eateries, pubs, shops, river cruises, houseboats and scenic drives if you have a car and such an easy place to get around. I found the local people very welcoming and friendly. Love Mannum & look forward to visiting again!

Definitely visit the Visitor Information Centre, so helpful...

Definitely visit the Visitor Information Centre, so helpful on what to do in and around Mannum. The scenic drive is definitely worth doing and stopping at the Bow Hill General Store. Views from Pretoria Hotel are lovely over the river and we had a great meal there. A short cruise on the Mayflower is a must do.

We stayed at the Mannum Motel, which was comfortable and...

We stayed at the Mannum Motel, which was comfortable and good value, on a trip to Monarto Zoo. This only allowed a brief look at the main street of Mannum, its shops, museums, the visitors information centre, the moored paddle steamers and of course the river. Dinner at the Pretoria was delicious We'll be back!

A larger town that was easy to get around.

A larger town that was easy to get around. We enjoyed the range of shops and the ability to participate in a paddle steamer river cruise. We also visited the various eating establishments and can thoroughly recommend them.

A very visit-friendly town.

A very visit-friendly town. We ate at both of the pubs and the food was really good. We had a really nice trip back and forth across the river on the free ferry. The river is quite picturesque and we enjoyed our walks. Lovell's Bakery is a nice place for coffee and cake or a pie or two. Some nice charity shops that were good for browsing and the Foodland supermarket is chock full of all sorts of groceries.

Being the "off season" the park was quiet, and the staff...

Being the "off season" the park was quiet, and the staff said that they would act immediately if any guests were not respectful of others' peaceful enjoyment. During the height of the summer tourist season it would be quite crowded naturally, being right on the bank of the Murray River.

One night stay only to share a birthday dinner with long time mate who lives in Mannum. Previous years made a day trip from Adelaide. Overnight this time to celebrate longer at excellent local pub. So, the Mannum motel met every expectation for location and so on.
