This was our repeat visit, even the same room, so we knew exactly what we were getting - and came exactly for it: a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, a good-size bathroom with shower, all needed amenities and huge towels. Altogether a charming rustic place with high ceilings and a balcony view to kill for. There is a reason why it's called 'Peaceful Provence'. There are multiple secluded seating arrangements on the property and access to the 'Great Walks' trail. A tastefully decorated breakfast/kitchenette area is available round-the-clock and cooked breakfast is served at the agreed-upon hour. Mapleton has a pub, a morning cafe and a pizza place, a short drive (or long walk) away. More eating choices are 10-20min drive in Flaxton or Montville.

The accommodation was beautiful and the host was amazing :) We lounged in the pool during the day looking out over the view, watching the birds flit through the trees. We sat out at night and watched a storm roll through the hills across the valley from our spot in the spa pool. Our room was stunning and we had the best sleeps. The delicious pizza from Bella Vista down the road in the Mapleton township was just the ticket to bring back for a movie in the cinema room. Getting to meet the baby kolas Rachel was fostering was a special treat! I so enjoyed our time staying here and it really made our holiday.
