Did not have breakfast. Very handy to the shops and hotel. Car parking good. As we are elderly women we would have liked a rail to hang onto when mounting outside steps. The only one there was broken. There was a loose slat on the outside steps. Lovely beds!

Very warm welcome by the many, beautiful birdsongs and super friendly hosts. Kudos to them for how they transformed the place. The owner Dan made time to give us a tour of the property with all the necessary info about birds and wildlife spotting for later that evening. A good tip for a picnic in the evening: Salmon Beach, just 18km away.

Orbost Motel is 1.8 km from the centre of Orbost Town, and a 5-minute drive from Orbost Golf Course. It offers a outdoor terrace with gas barbecue facilities.
