Did not have breakfast. Very handy to the shops and hotel. Car parking good. As we are elderly women we would have liked a rail to hang onto when mounting outside steps. The only one there was broken. There was a loose slat on the outside steps. Lovely beds!

It was absolutely beautiful. Lovely property and lovely room with a balcony overlooking the gardens. The birds were a delight to watch.

For our road journey (Syd-Mel) this was the perfect location to stop off. The accommodation was excellent, clean with the onsite staff helpful. The town of Orbost had all we needed, with a beautiful park to walk around. Highly recommended and good value!
