Loved the spacious and well appointed cabin, looking over the impressive fish pond and the plentiful bird life from the veranda. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, good to deal with, non-intrusive, but on the other hand a pleasure to interact with.

Being in nature.

Being in nature. Relaxing after the hectic pace of Byron and the Gold Coast. So glad I had a few chilled days of a relaxing holiday before I came home. Situated between Uki and Nimbin A very scenic drive. Beautiful 💕

· We made a descision to travel to the Norhtern NSW Boarder ranges on the spur of the moment. I travel there fro work to Lillian Rock on a regular basis and I am very familiar with the area.... there were few options at the late stage and this was not the least expensive at $144.00 .... My wife and I use Bookings .com on a regular basis And to be hinest we only scanned the ammenities, looking at the pix instead. When we arrived the room was clean an spacious...there was only 1 chair inside (it's winter) and a couple outside...no table or place to sit and have a cup of tea, read or eat... nothing except a couple of coffee mugs...no microwave, NO TELEVISION, no plates or cutlery... everything had to be done on the deck at the back of the house... no TV there either, no heater, very disappointing indeed for $144.00 when there were others available, we chose this place because of the position near Kunghur and Nimbin... where we intended to visit for breakfast. beautiful spot the venue could easily be improved with a little thought and very little expense. The bed was comfortable and the room clean... including the bathroom....the surrounds are dreamy.... the rest.... not again for us. Disliked · NO TV in rooms, NO plates or cutlery, a toaster but nothing to put the toast on, or spread the butter / vegemite which we brought with us .... only 1 chair inside where it was warm (there was an oil heater no Aircon. ) nothing to put a cup or plate or anything on... a toaster nothing else... very strange arrangement.

Nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just be sure to read reviews of the different accommodation options before making your booking. One of the options is surely much worse than we expected.

The accommodation and surrounding scenery and people were beautiful . Blue Nob Cafe and gallery a must. Visit to Nimbin of course was great to soak up the relaxed atmosphere and try some great food and a drink at the pub with the kookaburras sitting on deck rails.
