Byron is absolutely beautiful. The week we stayed there in May unfortunately it rained every day. But we took full advantage of what Byron had to offer. We visited the crystal gardens which are unbelievably beautiful the gems of the earth we never knew Australia had. We wanted to go hiking but because of the rain it was closed due to mudslides and flooding., Yet we took this to our advantage and saw a waterfall at Emigrant rCreek which was so beautiful and the rain only added to the beauty. The restaurants and cafes are unbelievable there is one around every corner but make sure you get in early cause most close v very early
Chill time I am a very busy person during the working year, I find it very hard to unwind Byron gives that ability for me to wind back and take stock The area is amazing, the food is fresh, the facilities are increasing, I come yearly and still are finding new and excitplaces to visit stay and play Thank you byron
Byron bay has a very diverse and colourful culture with a strong community vibe. Byron Bay has many beautiful beaches, restaurants and a very diverse range of activities and experiences there is something for everyone. Byron Bay is very relaxed and is the perfect place for time out from the fast pace that life can be.
Beaches looked lovely. Lots of quirky shops, but quite expensive. I found parking a problem. Few spaces available, time limits applied, mostly with meters that were also quite expensive. There was a good variety of cafes and restaurants
Restaurants have improved out of sight. Karkalla is a must & Don Pedros. Shopping is always great, so much to see & buy. Vintage to high end. Clothing & homewares. Walking, yoga, pampering, Byron has everything. Mila & Mels has been my favourite to shop for 20 years, for my children & now grandchildren. Love walking the streets listening to Buskers & watching people dancing, smiling & having a ball.
Byron Bay is an amazing place with beautiful scenery and lovely people. As soon as you arrive you feel a different vibe that is uplifting. My friend and I loved everything about it. We particularly liked a trip on the solar train to the art and retail area just out of town. Apparently it is the only one of its kind in the world. We also enjoyed a soothing massage in central Byron followed by cocktails at one of the many bars.
Byron Bay
I was happy to walk to Byron town, so long as weather permitted. But Ubers were easy and less than $10 too. It was a bit dirty and the dorm was very 'lived in' when i arrived. The wild and mother nature all around is gorgeous and big drawcard. The local, 'in-house' massage (intuitive Balinese) was amazing too. It is a good, cheap price - but you do get what you pay for in this instance.
Byron Bay
House is really amazing! Super comfortable, everything clean and with great amenities. Location is unbeatable: you don’t need car for nothing around the Byron Bay center. Checkin and checkout ran smoothly and have a car space was a plus. All beds were really good and A/C is strong, perfect for the hot weather we got in Byron.
This hotel and it's staff are amazing. As someone who travels a lot for work (and have generally travelled), I've stayed in many hotels but this one ranks very highly. Key things I look for are cleanliness, modern facilities, helpful/friendly staff and a great location - this hotel has everything.
Byron Bay
Many of the cabin sites were brand new (or in the process of being built!) We were given one of the new builds - it was spectacular! Add to it the service at the registration counter, it was one of the best experiences we had on vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend Discovery Park Byron Bay.
Byron Bay
The hotel is located right on the beach and the facilities it offers were great. They provided beach umbrellas, newspapers and boutique quality products in the bathroom & tea & coffee facilities. A hotel next door stocked with everything a holiday needs.

Belongil Beach, Byron Bay
Amazing location, close to the shops and private access to the beach! The Pool and all common areas were so nice. I booked just for 1 night instead of an Airbnb because it was cheaper and I don’t regret! Clean beds and rooms. I’ll come back for sure!

Was quite comfortable, cabin was clean. The one we had was spacious. The lounge was quite comfy and good to have a kitchen to cook own food as eating out in Byron Bay is very expensive!!!!

The location of these apartments is amazing, accessible to everything. We'd loved not needing to get into the car to go to the beach, town and bushwalks. Pool was great and the apartment was clean and spacious with excellent communal outdoor areas. The lady at reception was lovely and accommodated everything we needed.
The pool was great. Not too crowded, not too noisy. Nice and mellow and relaxing. Also loved that the General Store was right next door. Being able to take bikes to get into town easily made the location great. Perfect to be removed from the noise, but still be able to access it easily.
