Loved the spacious and well appointed cabin, looking over the impressive fish pond and the plentiful bird life from the veranda. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, good to deal with, non-intrusive, but on the other hand a pleasure to interact with.

Murwillumbah Motor Inn is ideally located just a short walk from the CBD, where you’ll find a great selection of cafés, shops, and restaurants.

We met the owner on check in - very welcoming and an upgraded room provided free of charge :) although it is dated it’s very clean - excellent linen quality comfortable beds and great shower . Currently undergoing renovation but that didn’t disturb our stay. Excellent courtyard at the rear ~ reminded us of an Italian garden- an oasis to relax in with a glass of wine after a long journey

Staff were very helpful with late check-in and even ordered a meal for me to pick up on check-in! Room 6 was quiet on a Sunday night, but I expect could be noisy on Fri-Sat as above the bar. Bathroom was drop-dead gorgeous. Standard tv, bar fridge, kettle, sink, toaster, cutlery and plates. Perfect for solo traveler and single night stay. Roast pumpkin salad was awesome! Thank you.
