exceptional location in the pedestrian zone. Reserved street parking at the very edge of the pedestrian zone was available and the front desk of the hotel was keeping camera observance. The front desk staff specifically Tea and Adnan, were very open, friendly and helpful. Corner room with windows in two directions overlooking the mosque on one side and the square in front of the hotel at the other side.

Had a wonderful 3-day-stay. The location is great, within a few minutes walk to main sightseeing places and restaurants, also well connected with public transportation. The hotel owner is incredibly kind and warm-hearted ❤️. He gave us a friendly welcome upon arrival, answered all our questions patiently and carefully, and took great responsibility to help us solve various problems. We planned a trip to Grude the next day, yet our originally booked driver suddenly said he could only take us halfway, leaving us needing to take a bus for the rest of the journey. Luckily, the thoughtful owner managed to arrange a ride for us right away. The driver looked after us well throughout the trip and kindly helped us carry our luggage. We are truly grateful 🙏!
