Breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful, friendly and answers all our questions. Room was very big, very clean and comfortable. Location was super. They have a little market at the hotel lobby and they get a huges plus for selling sanitary pads which I needed at the time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which truly exudes a warm family vibe. Souada, who prepares omelettes and coffee in the mornings, was amazing—so kind and attentive. The owner, Sabrina, was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was fantastic, and they even prepared Bosnian coffee upon request, which I really appreciated. If I ever return, this will undoubtedly be my top choice. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was great! Rooftop bar on the 15 floor is the best place to see the sunset! Rooms are big and stylish.

I loved this hotel. I was looking for one of those old-school communist-era type of hotels as I always do when travelling in Eastern Europe, and this place did not disappoint. It was still clean and modern though. The room was spacious and warm, with a great view over the Avaz Twist Tower. The location was convenient to the tram stop, for central Sarajevo as well as the airport, and also the bus and train stations. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful, particularly one of the evening waiters whose name I forget, and the breakfast and dinner were both great! Although the place regularly receives coach loads of groups, it does things really well to make you think they're not there and keep the room and hotel quiet and comfortable.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews, it feels like I stayed in a different accomodation. We loved staying here for a night, picked due to its close proximity to the airport. We had zero issues with the aircon not working, if anything, it was too cold. Also no issues with noise or smells, both of which me and my friend are highly sensitive to. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the bathroom was modern, with an amazing shower. Tram stop is close by if you want to go into the city centre. Most of all, thank you so much to Sanela who works there for her incredibly warm hospitality.

Great hotel, everything in the hotel was great from the staff, services to the offer. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and smiling. Food very good. Spa and pool great. Public transport 100m from hotel.

Near to the Center good price and very friendly

Been here a few times before. Hotel is walking distance to the old city. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was great and staff always going out of their way! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Thanks to the Marriott team (Sarajevo) for surprising my son with some birthday cake.

Excellent people and great hotel!

Edin and his brother are one of the best hosts we had all over our travels, very nice and kind and helpful. The hotel is very homy, you get the vibe that you are staying home The location is perfect for us near the old town, but not in the old town so it is quiet at night. The breakfast is very good also
